Our CSR Activities
Our commitment to corporate social responsibility is deeply rooted in our company culture. We believe in empowering our employees, supporting our community, and promoting sustainability through a range of initiatives that reflect our core values. By investing in the well-being of our people and the environment, we strive to create a positive and lasting impact on the world around us.
- We help the community by providing free manufacturing skill training at various parts of Bangladesh. These trainings are conducted every 3 months.
- KL Design Group gives 2% of annual profit for charity/community, providing financial services to the community.
- New mosquito nets are provided annually to protect employees from Malaria and Dengue. Old nets are recycled, reflecting our belief in sustainability.
- Educational loans and medical loans are provided to the staff and workers.
